a) Door-step delivery shall be within Singapore only, and the following fee shall apply:
Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm): S$15.00*
* Delivery fee will be waived for each order totalling more than S$100.
Note: Delivery into customer’s premise shall be at the sole request of the respective customer, and CHEMTECH shall not be responsible for any damages within the premises
b) For unsuccessful delivery, customer has the option to do a self-collection at our warehouse or pay a re-delivery fee.
c) Delivery timing are of estimated only and CHEMTECH shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay.
Chemicals Regulatory
Our chemical are regulated by authority such as NEA and SCDF. For safety reasons, there will be a limit of the volume that can purchase per transaction. Once a limit have been reach, we will contact customer to check for relevant licenses. CHEMTECH Trading holds no responsibility for violation beyond our control. Please refer to SCDF and NEA guideline on licensable chemicals.
Return & Exchange
All products, once sold are non-returnable and no exchange with exception of the following circumstances:
● Wrong products are delivered; and
● Product is defective.
Order Cancellations
Order cannot cancel once payment has been made. However for specified reasons, a cancellation fee is applicable Please take note the following cancellation charges:
● A cancellation charge of 20% of invoice value or S$10.00 whichever is higher will be imposed before goods are ship, and
● No cancellation once goods are shipped

1. After using the product, I find that is not what I want. Can I return it?
Answer: We do not accept return once the product has been opened or used.
2. The product is defective. Can I exchange it?
Answer: You can exchange the product if the product is already defective when delivered to you (within 7 days). We will bear the delivery cost and replace with a new product. Products shall be exchange in their original packaging with original CHEMTECH label affixed, and unaltered in form and content.
3. I do not need the items anymore, can I return it and get a refund?
Answer: Goods are non-refundable once sold. We will allow exchanges according to the exchange policies.
